MOSCOW, Mar 23 (PRIME) -- A strong technological breakthrough will become a base for new jobs, higher economic effectiveness and higher real incomes of citizens, President Vladimir Putin said on Friday in an address to Russia’s citizens upon results of the presidential elections.
“We will create new jobs and strengthen the effectiveness of our economy, raise real incomes of citizens and reduce the level of poverty, develop infrastructure and the social sphere, education, healthcare, solve environmental and housing problems, renovate and modernize our cities and villages,” Putin said.
“All of this will be on the basis of a strong technological breakthrough we will have to accomplish.”
